Service Description
45 minute - 1hr 1:1 structured walks focused on building clear, consistent expectations for what your everyday walks should look like from the moment you leave the house. This service is designed to directly address the challenges you experience when stepping out the front door — pulling, over-arousal, lack of focus, or uncertainty. Rather than being location-based, these sessions focus entirely on strengthening your dog’s foundations, ensuring calm, clarity, and connection before the walk even begins. I designed this service after repeatedly seeing dog owners struggle most on their everyday walks within their local area. Rather than changing locations or routines, this service works directly within your existing habits and environment — addressing the real challenges you face. ADHOC service only. *Travel (up to 10miles distance) is included in this service.* Payment for services accepted via BACS only. Invoices will be sent to your email address provided by you on our registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services and Courses Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service. This will be a fee of £75 per session. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service, including assessments, which are charged at £75 per session. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without charge. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
