Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services and Courses Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be put on a strike list meaning this could implement you being able to book future classes or reschedule. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without affecting future service bookings. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
