Service Description
Our Rooted Programme is designed to give you consistent, personalised support throughout your training journey, both during sessions and between them. Your programme includes: - 2-hour initial home assessment: a detailed assessment of your dog, your goals, current challenges and your life together, allowing us to build a training plan specifically for you. - 6 × weekly 1:1 in-person training sessions: practical, personalised sessions focused on building the skills your dog needs and, just as importantly, coaching you in how to communicate and train effectively. - Personalised homework after every session: clear written guidance and exercises so you know exactly what to practise between sessions and why. - Weekly check-in call: a dedicated opportunity to discuss how things are progressing, troubleshoot challenges and make adjustments where needed. - Final review: A written final review of your progress, what you and your dog have achieved, what to continue working on and recommendations for maintaining those skills beyond the programme. Throughout the programme, you'll have ongoing guidance and support, helping you build confidence and make meaningful changes that carry over into everyday life. You don't just train your dog, you learn HOW to train your dog.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services: The Rooted Programme **Cancellation and Rescheduling** Rooted Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked session where necessary. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide sufficient notice. **Notice for Cancellations and Rescheduling** To cancel or reschedule any session within The Rooted Programme, you must provide at least **48 hours' notice**. All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted via email to **[info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk](mailto:info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk) or via whatsapp 07469170479** **Late Cancellations or Rescheduling** If you provide less than 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session, the session will be considered used and **will not be rescheduled or refunded**. **Failure to Attend / No-Shows** If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the session will be considered used and **will not be rescheduled or refunded**. **Emergency Situations** We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Emergency situations will be considered on a **case-by-case basis**, and Rooted Dog Training may, at its discretion, allow a session to be rescheduled without charge. Supporting evidence may be requested where appropriate. **Programme Commitment** The Rooted Programme is a structured programme consisting of an initial assessment and six 1:1 training sessions. Sessions are intended to be completed weekly to provide consistency and continuity throughout the programme. The programme is designed around the agreed schedule and training plan, and missed sessions may affect the overall progression of the programme. Rooted Dog Training cannot guarantee that the same progress or programme outcomes will be achieved where sessions are regularly missed or rescheduled. **Programme Payments** Payment for The Rooted Programme is due in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking. By booking the programme, you agree to the full programme commitment and the cancellation terms outlined above.
