Service Description
Rooted Further is a 3-session continuation package exclusively for clients who have completed The Rooted Programme and want to continue receiving personalised support as they move into the next stage of their training journey. These sessions are designed to build on the progress already made, helping you and your dog maintain the skills you've developed, refine areas where you'd like further support and confidently apply your training in everyday life. Each 1:1 session is tailored to where you and your dog are now, allowing us to focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether that's strengthening existing skills, working in new environments, navigating new challenges or simply having continued guidance as you become more independent. Rooted Further includes: 3 × 1-hour 1:1 in-person training sessions Personalised sessions based on your ongoing goals Continued owner coaching and guidance Practical, real-world training Support to maintain and build on the skills developed during The Rooted Programme Rooted Further is not about starting again, it's about continuing from where you've already got to and helping those skills become a natural part of everyday life. Available exclusively to clients who have completed The Rooted Programme.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services: 1:1 Sessions Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service. This will be a fee of £125 per session. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service, including assessments, which are charged at £125 per session. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without charge. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
