A focused 1-hour 1:1 session at a pre-arranged location, ideal for refining specific training goals.
Service Description
Following your free discovery call, we can discuss what you and your dog need and decide whether individual sessions are the right fit. From there, each session will be planned around your specific goals, giving you practical guidance and support to help you and your dog. These 1-hour 1:1 sessions take place at a pre-arranged public location recommended by your trainer, covering areas across Surrey and Hampshire. Your trainer will select an appropriate real-life environment based on your dog's needs and the goals you are working towards. PLEASE NOTE If your session is taking place at your home address, please select the location on the booking list that is closest to you and contact me directly to let me know that the session will be held at your home Examples of suitable locations may include, but are not limited to: Local parks and green spaces Quiet residential areas Walking routes Pet-friendly public spaces Other real-life environments relevant to your dog's training Your home and surrounding areas *Mileage fees apply to sessions taking place more than 10 miles from GU16. Payment for all services are accepted via BACS only. Individual 1:1 sessions are only bookable following a free discovery call.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services: 1:1 Sessions Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service. This will be a fee of £125 per session. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service, including assessments, which are charged at £125 per session. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without charge. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
