1 hour pre-arranged location session - 2hr timeslot includes travel (30mins each way)
Service Description
After completing the initial free consultation, we can start working towards your training goals planning each session to best set you and your dog up for success! These 1 hour sessions are held at a prearranged public location advised by your trainer, covering areas within Surrey/Hampshire. Your trainer will advise an appropriate, real life environment to work in. Examples of locations include but not limited to: Frimley Lodge park Tomlins Woods Hawley meadows King George V Playing Field Hartley Wintney Cricket Green Lightwater Country Park *Milelage fees apply with any sessions over a 10 mile radius of GU16* Payment for services accepted via BACS only. Invoices will be sent to your email address provided by you on our registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services and Courses Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service. This will be a fee of £75 per session. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service, including assessments, which are charged at £75 per session. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without charge. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
