1 hour At your home - 2hr timeslot includes travel (30mins each way)
Service Description
During these sessions, we can help you overcome issues that may be occurring in your home - e.g barking, calmness, general house manners and building foundations. To book one of these sessions you MUST have completed an assessment appointment and been allocated one of our trainers. Your booking request will need approval from our admin team. Travel time is accommodated for in the 2 hour timeslot. Your session will start approximately 30mins after the requested time. We will contact you if this is not possible for any reason. *Travel (up to 10miles distance) is included in this service.* Payment for services accepted via BACS only. Invoices will be sent to your email address provided by you on our registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services and Courses Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk . Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service. This will be a fee of £75 per session. Failure to Attend: If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service, including assessments, which are charged at £75 per session. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without charge. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
