The Good Dog School and Rooted Dog Training are coming together to offer a unique, collaborative class experience built on shared values. By combining our expertise, these classes provide a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to dog training that supports both dogs and their people. Why membership only? Our membership model allows us to keep training consistent, structured and personalised, with limited class sizes so every dog and owner gets the attention they need. Because we know which dogs are attending each week, we can tailor each class to the dogs attending, adapting exercises, distractions and training goals to suit their individual needs. This means every session is purposeful and relevant, helping you and your dog make real progress together. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services and Courses General cancellation and rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course as needed. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide advance notice. Notice for Cancellations (1:1's and courses): To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to Info@rooteddogtraining.co.uk. If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be put on a strike list meaning this could implement you being able to book future classes or reschedule. Group Class Membership Cancellation Policy: Your membership can be cancelled at any time, with no long-term commitment. Class bookings are your responsibility. If you choose not to attend a class you have booked, the session will be considered unused and **will not be carried over or credited to the following month**. Please make sure you log into your account to manage your bookings and cancellations. Emergency Situations: The Company may consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis and may reschedule a session without affecting future service bookings. Proof of the emergency may be required at the Company's discretion.
